Dementia Friends

Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Friends programme is the biggest ever initiative to change people’s perceptions of dementia. It aims to transform the way the nation thinks, acts and talks about the condition.

Heritage Corner Leeds

Heritage Corner's unique creative approach exposes hidden narratives and engages participants and audiences in understanding African history/heritage and connections to Yorkshire.

We work across sectors and age groups, using our paid commissions to support provision within communities, particularly projects aimed at young people. We work with aspiring and experienced artists to deliver projects that are empowering and informative for all.

Women Friendly Leeds
 
Women’s Lives Leeds and Leeds Women’s and Girls’ Hubs are working towards a city that is better for women, better for everyone.
The United Nations already have a Women Friendly City initiative.

Black Health Initiative

BHI is a community engagement organisation working towards equality of access to Health and Social Care around Leeds.
